A quick and easy recipe for the BEST guacamole!
dairy free, egg free, nut free, oil free, refined sugar free, soy free, vegan
Calories: 85 kcal
(pits and peels removed)
diced red onion
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
(ribs and seeds removed, diced)
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado flesh with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or chill until serving.
~Guacamole goes great with tortilla chips, of course, but it's also great as a spread on veggie burgers, veggie sandwiches, wraps, atop a big bowl of chili or soup, etc. YUM!
