A quick and easy recipe for the BEST guacamole!

  • 4 avocados (pits and peels removed)
  • 1 Roma tomato (diced)
  • 2-3 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jalapeño (ribs and seeds removed, diced)
  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado flesh with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
Recipe Notes

~Guacamole goes great with tortilla chips, of course, but it's also great as a spread on veggie burgers, veggie sandwiches, wraps, atop a big bowl of chili or soup, etc. YUM!
