  • 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce (alternately, use 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
  • 1/4 cup chopped raw pecans
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • handful of ice cubes
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
