Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries or 1 cup of leftover cranberry sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped raw pecans
  • 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup omit if using leftover cranberry sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

Notes

~ Use fresh or frozen cranberries. Do not use dried cranberries!
~ You can also use leftover cranberry sauce! Omit the maple syrup if using leftover sauce.
~ For a nut-free option, use oats instead of pecans.
~ Use a high-speed blender for best results.
~ Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional milk 1-2 tablespoons at a time if you like a thinner consistency.
