Ingredients
  • 1 cup non dairy milk (I used WestSoy organic unsweetened soy milk)
  • 2 over-ripe bananas (peeled, fresh or frozen)
  • 2 heaping tbsp organic natural peanut butter (only ingredients should be peanuts and maybe salt)
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
