- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
- ½ cup unsweetened, plain non-dairy milk
- ½ - 1 cup pure coconut water depending on how thick you like your smoothie
Add all ingredients, starting with ½ cup coconut water, to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Add additional coconut water, to thin, if needed.
