Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
  • ½ cup unsweetened, plain non-dairy milk
  • ½ - 1 cup pure coconut water depending on how thick you like your smoothie

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, starting with ½ cup coconut water, to a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Add additional coconut water, to thin, if needed.

Notes

~ Use frozen pineapple for best results.
~ The more spotty the banana, the sweeter it will be.
~ Start with just 1 cup of liquid total. Add more after blending if you like a thinner smoothie.
~ Use a high-speed blender to ensure a perfectly creamy smoothie.
~ Drink immediately.
