  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 3-4 medium strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup raw walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup raw gluten free old fashioned oats
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxmeal (optional)
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk (I prefer Rice Milk in this recipe)
  1. Combine all dry ingredients in an individual size bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour non dairy milk over dry ingredients.
  3. Eat!
