Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie - Thick and delicious and loaded with nutrients. Shhh - don't tell the kids there's spinach in there!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (rice, almond, soy, etc).
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (preferably organic)
  • ½ cup old fashioned gluten free oats
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or 2 Medjool dates)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
