Peanut Butter No Bake Protein Balls w/ Superfoods

Peanut Butter No Bake Protein Balls w/ superfoods like hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cacao nibs are the perfect little bites to keep hunger at bay. Great for a grab-n-go breakfast option as well.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. 
  • Taking 1 tbsp of mixture at a time, gently press/roll the mixture into a ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Eat immediately or store in the fridge. 

Notes

~If your peanut butter is very thick, microwave it for 20-30 seconds to loosen it up before adding to your mixture.
~These No Bake Protein Balls can easily be frozen as well.
