  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups loosely packed fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2-3 ice cubes optional
