Ingredients

  • ½ banana sliced
  • 3-4 medium strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • cup raw walnuts chopped
  • ½ cup raw gluten free old fashioned oats
  • 1-2 teaspoon cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal optional
  • ½ cup non dairy milk I prefer Rice Milk in this recipe

Instructions

  • Combine all dry ingredients in an individual size bowl and mix well.
  • Pour non dairy milk over dry ingredients.
  • Eat!
