- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup spicy salsa use your favorite
Process all ingredients in a food processor.
If you like it a bit thinner, add more salsa (or water) 1 tablespoon at a time.
Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, pita chips, assorted veggies or all of the above.
