Mango Kiwi Smoothie with Hemp Hearts
A tropical twist on a creamy, dairy free, smoothie. Loaded with vitamin C, a good amount of protein, and healthy fats. Sweetened only with fruit.

- 1 cup non dairy milk (I used almond milk)
- 2 kiwi (peeled)
- ¾ cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi and a sprinkle of hemp hearts, if desired.
Enjoy!
~Feel free to throw in a handful of greens as well. Spinach, kale, or even romaine would work great.
