- 3 cups peeled and cubed seedless watermelon
- 1 juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon agave or pure maple syrup (optional) (to sweeten) (adjust amount as necessary)
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
If you can't get your juice perfectly smooth just by blending, pour it through a fine mesh sieve into a container.
