Easy Watermelon Juice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peeled and cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon agave or pure maple syrup (optional) (to sweeten) (adjust amount as necessary)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
  • If you can't get your juice perfectly smooth just by blending, pour it through a fine mesh sieve into a container.
