A healthy green juice you'll actually enjoy drinking! This is a perfect mild green juice for anyone just getting into juicing. The apple sweetens it up just enough so that it doesn't taste like you're drinking salad.

  • ½ of an average cucumber
  • 3 romaine leaves
  • 1 large kale leaf
  • large handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 apple cored (I used a red delicious, but any sweet apple will work)

  • Wash all of your produce well.
  • Juice all ingredients and drink immediately.
