Yes, all of the recipes are vegan. They are free of any animal products, including dairy, eggs, meat, fish, and honey.
That’s okay! These recipes and tips will help you get more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and plant protein into your diet. You may choose to fully embrace a plant-based diet, enjoy a meatless meal from time to time, or simply add more produce and/or plant protein to the recipes you’re already making.
The majority of the recipes use whole food plant-based ingredients, which are easy-to-find and budget-friendly. In a few instances, I do use store-bought vegan meat or cheese to give you an idea of how to use these products if you’re interested. You can always replace them with whole-food ingredients if you prefer.
Many of the recipes, most of them actually, are naturally gluten-free. Most of the others can easily be made gluten-free by making easy swaps, like gluten-free pasta for traditional wheat-based pasta or gluten-free tamari instead of soy sauce, etc.
Nope! All of the cooked recipes are made either on the stove top or in the oven.
No! I specifically designed this book to be easy enough for the average home cook. Most of the recipes can be made in just 30 minutes!
Yes! One of my goals with this book is to get you comfortable with tweaking recipes to fit your needs. Swap out veggies, grains, or even protein sources according to what you have on hand or what your family likes to eat.
After purchasing the book, you will receive an email with a receipt and a link to the PDF. You can open the PDF to read digitally on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. If you like, you can also print the whole book or just certain pages.
