About the Book
The Meat-Free Kitchen is packed with everything you need for busy weeknights, packed weekends, or whenever you feel like trying something new and meat-free. I co-authored this one with two other talented recipe developers to bring you an incredible variety of plant-based meals — from comforting breakfasts to over 40 different meat-free burgers (yes, really!).
Many of these recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less, making plant-based eating as practical as it is delicious.
Chapters span every meal of the day: breakfasts to fuel your morning, satisfying salads and hearty soups, handheld lunches, perfect pastas, and easy one-pot dinners.
Please note: while the majority of recipes are fully vegan, some recipes from the co-authors may contain egg or dairy. In most cases, these can be substituted with vegan versions.
