A creamy, dairy free coffee drink perfect for sipping in the fall. Made with real pumpkin and no refined sugar, this delicious Harvest Oat Pumpkin Latte is an indulgent beverage treat you can feel good about.

    It’s fall.

That means it’s time to turn your everyday coffee into a cozy spiced pumpkin coffee drink.

I usually like my coffee black, but there is something about the cooler temps, crunch of fallen leaves and gorgeous colors of fall that make me crave this sweet and creamy dairy free pumpkin spice latte.

Skip the busy lines and high prices at your local coffee house and indulge easily at home with this Harvest Oat Pumpkin Latte!

Latte being made by pouring the pumpkin milk into a glass of coffee.

Pumpkin is one of those versatile veggies that literally goes with everything. From sweet to savory, breakfast to dessert, it just works.

Bonus: pumpkins are nutritious. Full of fiber, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin E, and antioxidants – you’re gonna want to eat up!

On the blog already, you can get your pumpkin fix by enjoying all of these:

Pumpkin Smoothie * Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal * Pumpkin Cornbread * Pumpkin Spaghetti * Pumpkin Stuffed Shells * Pumpkin Quesadillas * Pumpkin Risotto * Pumpkin Vinaigrette * Pumpkin Chili,

And, of course, Pumpkin Bars * Pumpkin Brownies * Pumpkin Layer Cake, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies and Maple Frosted Soft Baked Pumpkin Cookies.

That’s a lot of pumpkin, y’all. And now, I’m adding this Pumpkin Latte because it’s just way too delicious not to. And if you want those fall vibes while it’s still in the heat of summer, try my Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte!

In the past, my go-to coffee house order was a latte with soy milk. Once coconut milk was an option, I would sometimes get that.

And then, I discovered oat milk!

Oat milk is neutral tasting and so creamy. It’s definitely my new favorite for shop bought and homemade coffee drinks, like this Starbucks Copycat Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato!

Oat milk is readily available in most grocery stores these days, but it’s super easy to make yourself at home. My friend, Mel from A Virtual Vegan, has a great recipe for homemade oat milk if you want to make your own.

Let me tell you why this pumpkin spice latte recipe is better than Starbucks.

    • it’s dairy free
    • it’s refined sugar free
    • it contains 3 tablespoons of real pumpkin
    • it’s quick and easy to make
    • it’s cheaper

Bonus: No barista to spell/say your name wrong when your order is ready.

I am obsessed. I used this as coffee creamer every day this week. It complements all the dark roasts I’ve tried. The oat milk makes the coffee creamy (unlike the other plant-based milks I’ve attempted to use as creamer). The maple syrup and spices are perfectly balanced. I will be making this often!5 stars

Wonderful, Becky! I’m so happy to hear this. Once I discovered oat milk in coffee, there was no going back! I’ll have to try making a big batch and storing it in the fridge for creamer. Thanks for the idea!

I love the natural sweetness of oat milk. But here in the states it is so expensive to buy it. I could drink some of this right now for warming up.5 stars

Oat milk is one I haven’t tried before. I’ve been using flax milk for everything but I’ll have to give it a try now..

And I’ve never had flax milk! Perhaps we should each try the other and report back. 🙂

Oh, I’m so thankful to have found this recipe! My nursing tot is allergic to milk, nuts, and very much to coconut. I’ve come to enjoy oatmilk but haven’t thought to try it in this way. In the past I’ve treated myself to homemade PSLs and have missed that this year. Can’t wait to try this!

Oat milk sounds like the perfect accompaniment to pumpkin – so warm and earthy. I love that you use maple in this too.

Would you believe that I’ve never had a pumpkin spice latte? I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but this looks so good I just might have to start!

Well, the Starbucks PSL syrup isn’t vegan, so I bet a quite a few vegans have never had one. I really love the one at our local coffee house though! Let me know if you give it a try!
